Free system audit

Pick a time. I'll find the leaks.

Thirty minutes on how leads reach you, what happens to them next, and where things quietly stall. You'll leave knowing what to fix first — whether or not you work with me.

  • 30 minutes, video call
  • Nothing to prepare
  • No obligation to buy

After you pick a time

  • Your confirmation arrives straight away

The confirmation email, calendar invite and video link are sent the moment you book. If nothing lands within a few minutes, check spam or promotions — that is usually where it is.

  • It is free, and it stays free

No card, no invoice, no trial that turns into a bill. Thirty minutes of my time, and you keep everything we work out together whether or not you ever hire me.

  • Afterwards, do whatever suits you

There is no pressure at the end and no follow-up sequence chasing you for months. If the fix is something you can handle yourself, I will tell you how. I would rather be a useful resource you remember than sell you a build you did not need.

Either way

What you keep, even if you never hire me

The audit is genuinely useful on its own. That's deliberate — it's the only honest way to ask for thirty minutes of your time.

Where you're leaking

The specific points where enquiries go cold, handovers drop, or information stops moving. Named, not hinted at.

What to fix first

An order of priority. Some of it you may be able to fix yourself this month, and I'll tell you when that's the case.

A clear yes or no

If your problem isn't visibility, I'll say so on the call rather than sell you a system that won't help.

Before the call

Quick answers

Is it actually free, or is this a sales call in disguise?

It's free, and there's no obligation at the end of it. I'll ask questions, map what you tell me, and give you an honest read.

If it makes sense to work together, I'll say so and send a scoped proposal afterwards. If it doesn't, I'll say that too — chasing a bad fit costs us more than it's worth.

Do I need to prepare anything, or bring my data?

No. Don't export anything, don't build a list, don't tidy your spreadsheet first. Showing me the mess as it actually is makes the audit more useful, not less.

None of the available times work for me.

Email [email protected] with a couple of windows that suit you and I'll work around them. Times shown adjust to your own timezone automatically.

Who should be on the call?

Anyone you'd like. The one thing that helps is having someone on who knows how work actually moves through the business day to day — often that's you, sometimes it's whoever handles enquiries or scheduling.

Bring a partner, your ops person, or the whole team if that's useful. I'll work with whoever's there, and anything that needs someone who isn't, we'll note and pick up after.

What happens after the call?

If there's a fit, you get a scoped proposal with fixed pricing and an implementation timeline — no work starts before you've agreed both in writing.

If there isn't, you keep the audit findings and we part on good terms. No follow-up sequence chasing you for months.

Founding client

My first client gets the entire build free.

Ascencia Systems is new. Rather than claim a track record I haven't earned, I'd rather build one — so the first business I work with gets the complete done-for-you build at no cost.

In return I ask for honest feedback and, if you're happy with the result, permission to use it as my first case study. There's no timer on this page and no countdown, because the limit is simply arithmetic: there's only one first client.
