Free system audit

Pick a time. We'll find the leaks.

Thirty minutes on how leads reach you, what happens to them next, and where things quietly stall. You'll leave knowing what to fix first — whether or not you work with us.

  • 30 minutes, video call
  • Nothing to prepare
  • No obligation to buy

What you keep, even if you never hire us

The audit is genuinely useful on its own. That's deliberate — it's the only honest way to ask for thirty minutes of your time.

Where you're leaking

The specific points where enquiries go cold, handovers drop, or information stops moving. Named, not hinted at.

What to fix first

An order of priority. Some of it you may be able to fix yourself this month, and we'll tell you when that's the case.

A clear yes or no

If your problem isn't visibility, we'll say so on the call rather than sell you a system that won't help.

Before the call

Quick answers

Is it actually free, or is this a sales call in disguise?

It's free, and there's no obligation at the end of it. We'll ask questions, map what you tell us, and give you an honest read.

If it makes sense to work together, we'll say so and send a scoped proposal afterwards. If it doesn't, we'll say that too — chasing a bad fit costs us more than it's worth.

Do I need to prepare anything, or bring my data?

No. Don't export anything, don't build a list, don't tidy your spreadsheet first. Showing us the mess as it actually is makes the audit more useful, not less.

None of the available times work for me.

Email [email protected] with a couple of windows that suit you and we'll work around them. Times shown adjust to your own timezone automatically.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever can describe how work actually moves through the business — usually you. If someone else handles enquiries or scheduling day to day, having them on makes the map more accurate.

Two people is plenty. This doesn't need a room.

What happens after the call?

If there's a fit, you get a scoped proposal with fixed pricing and an implementation timeline — no work starts before you've agreed both in writing.

If there isn't, you keep the audit findings and we part on good terms. No follow-up sequence chasing you for months.

Founding client

Our first client gets the entire build free.

Ascencia Systems is new. Rather than claim a track record we haven't earned, we'd rather build one — so the first business we work with gets the complete done-for-you build at no cost.

In return we ask for honest feedback and, if you're happy with the result, permission to use it as our first case study. There's no timer on this page and no countdown, because the limit is simply arithmetic: there's only one first client.
